The cooperative aims to provide its members with healthy and affordable housing through joint self-help and co-responsibility. To achieve this goal, the cooperative acquires land and building rights; builds and purchases single-family and multi-family homes that meet modern cooperative housing needs; maintains and periodically renovates existing buildings; constructs replacement new buildings when existing ones can no longer be renovated in an economically justifiable manner; utilizes funding instruments under the federal housing promotion law and corresponding cantonal and communal laws; manages and rents apartments based on cost rent; creates apartments and single-family homes for sale in condominium ownership or building rights; promotes cooperative activities in the settlements; provides ideological and material support for efforts aimed at affordable, healthy, and good housing. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and not driven by profit. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical goals.
