The purpose of the cooperative is to provide mutual self-help in the creation, rental and sale of low-interest housing and participation therein, for the benefit of its members. The cooperative can buy or sell land, build or acquire houses and rent or sell them. The acquisition and purchase of condominium apartments and single-family homes is permitted. The cooperative can participate in similar undertakings. The cooperative pursues its purpose by carefully maintaining its buildings and properties and by adapting them to the state of technical and social progress.
