To provide and maintain healthy and affordable housing for its members through joint self-help and co-responsibility, by acquiring building land and building rights, constructing and acquiring residential buildings that meet modern cooperative housing needs, careful and ongoing maintenance, construction of replacement new buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renovated in an economically justifiable manner, utilization of funding instruments according to the federal housing promotion law and corresponding cantonal and communal laws, administration and rental of apartments on a cost-rent basis. The cooperative is non-profit and not profit-oriented, and can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives.
