The apartments are intended to be rented primarily to persons of AHV age. In particular, it pursues the purpose of promoting affordable housing construction in the sense of federal housing promotion and corresponding cantonal or communal ordinances. It can acquire or sell plots of land or real estate transactions, build, acquire, manage or rent houses.
