The cooperative aims to provide its members with condominiums at affordable prices, excluding any speculation. This is to be achieved through: the purchase of building land, buildings or the conclusion of building rights contracts; the construction of condominiums; the transfer of these apartments into the possession of individual members; the establishment of usage and management regulations for each property in accordance with the provisions on co-ownership and condominium ownership; the utilization of measures taken by the federal government, cantons and municipalities to promote and reduce the cost of housing construction and the acquisition of residential and home ownership.
