The cooperative aims to provide and maintain healthy housing through joint self-help and co-responsibility. It strives to offer housing to all sections of the population, particularly families. To achieve this goal, the cooperative: a) acquires building land and building rights; b) builds and purchases single-family and multi-family homes that meet the cooperative's housing needs; c) maintains and periodically renovates existing buildings; d) constructs replacement new buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renovated in an economically viable manner; e) manages and rents apartments based on market rent; f) creates apartments and single-family homes for sale in condominium ownership or building rights; g) promotes cooperative activities in the settlements; h) provides ideological and material support to efforts aimed at promoting healthy and good housing. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical goals.
