The cooperative creates, purchases, rents and sells non-profit and affordable housing and workspace. To this end, it can acquire, encumber, manage and dispose of land, building rights and properties. The cooperative supports efforts aimed at promoting non-profit housing conditions. It can participate in non-profit, non-profit companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives and acquire membership in umbrella organizations of non-profit building cooperatives.
