The cooperative aims to provide its members with healthy and affordable housing through joint self-help and shared responsibility. It promotes community living in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. It seeks to achieve this goal through careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renovation of existing buildings; management and rental of apartments on a cost-rent basis; promotion of cooperative activities in the settlements; ideal and material support for efforts aimed at affordable, healthy and good housing. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and not profit-driven. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical goals.
