The cooperative pursues the purpose of providing and maintaining healthy and affordable housing for its members through joint self-help and co-responsibility by: acquiring building land and building rights; building and acquiring single-family and multi-family homes that meet the modern cooperative housing needs; careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renovation of existing buildings; constructing replacement new buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renovated in an economically justifiable manner; managing and renting apartments on a cost-rent basis; promoting cooperative activities in the settlements; providing ideological and material support to efforts aimed at affordable, healthy and good housing; may participate in other companies.
