The cooperative aims to provide its members with affordable housing through joint self-help, building and acquiring residential buildings or apartments, excluding any speculative intent. In particular, it pursues the purpose of promoting and offering affordable housing construction in the sense of federal, cantonal and communal housing promotion ordinances, for all population groups, especially families, people with disabilities and the elderly. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives. It can acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. The sale of plots of land or parts thereof is also permitted.
