The cooperative aims to provide affordable housing and to build and acquire affordable residential buildings and apartments. In particular, the cooperative intends to acquire the area of ZPP No. 12 Zelgli-Ost in Toffen and to construct the Toffematt residential development, transferring the residential units to its members under favorable conditions and enabling them to own homes at affordable prices. Unsold residential units and buildings are to be managed and administered in a purposeful manner. The cooperative also aims to operate communal facilities in the Toffematt development and to ensure an active and participatory neighborhood life. The cooperative strives to offer housing to various segments of the population and to achieve social diversity. Through its communal facilities, it promotes a sense of community and mutual solidarity, reflecting a broader social responsibility. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and not driven by the pursuit of profit. The cooperative may participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical goals, acquire, hold, manage, and sell properties.
