The cooperative aims to provide affordable housing and build and acquire residential buildings or apartments through mutual self-help in the sense of Art. 828 OR. In particular, it pursues the purpose of promoting affordable housing construction in the sense of the federal Housing Promotion and Home Ownership Act (WEG) as well as corresponding cantonal or communal ordinances. It can acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies or participate in them, as well as build, acquire, manage or rent houses. The sale of plots of land or parts thereof is also permitted. In this case, the members of the cooperative are given the opportunity to acquire land or apartments at the production costs, taking into account all costs and expenses, before the sale.
