Wohnbaugenossenschaft Wollerau

The cooperative aims to procure, create and operate ecological and affordable housing and residential buildings for rent, primarily for residents of Wollerau, excluding any speculative intent and through mutual self-help. It particularly pursues the purpose of promoting housing construction, as far as possible, in accordance with federal, cantonal and communal housing promotion regulations. The cooperative can acquire, manage, sell and participate in similar undertakings. When selling real estate, the cooperative ensures that the buyer cannot engage in speculative transactions. To exclude speculation, it can reserve rights of co-determination in accordance with federal housing promotion regulations, pre-emption rights and the like.
