The cooperative pursues the purpose of providing and maintaining healthy and affordable housing for its members through joint self-help and co-responsibility, and enabling communal organizational forms of housing. It seeks to achieve this purpose by: a) Careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renewal of existing buildings. b) Managing and renting apartments on a cost-rent basis. c) Promoting cooperative activities in the settlements. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and not profit-driven. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives.
