The cooperative aims to promote the quality of living within and outside the properties at Kappelisackerstrasse 57 and 59 through joint self-help efforts. In particular, the cooperative aims to acquire the plot of land Ittigen Gbbl. No. 4427, measuring 1,847 m2, and preserve it as a buffer zone to the properties at Kappelisackerstrasse 57 and 59, located on plots Ittigen Gbbl. Nos. 4426 and 4707. The acquisition of plot Ittigen Gbbl. No. 4427 is intended to secure a greater distance from future neighboring developments, thereby preserving the value of the properties at Kappelisackerstrasse 57 and 59. Furthermore, plot Ittigen Gbbl. No. 4427 is to be maintained as a green space and recreational area for the residents of the properties at Kappelisackerstrasse 57 and 59. Additionally, the cooperative may acquire or sell plots of land and enter into any business transactions or conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the cooperative or are related thereto.
