Wohngenossenschaft "Stickerei Neubach"

The cooperative aims to provide its members with affordable housing and permanently remove it from speculation, in order to realize self-managed, secure and communal forms of housing. The cooperative's activity is not profit-driven and creates, rents and sells affordable housing (and/or commercial spaces) primarily to its members. To this end, it can acquire, encumber and sell undeveloped and developed properties and building rights. The cooperative can participate in companies with the same or similar objectives.
