It strives to offer spaces for all population groups, particularly for single people, families, people with special needs, and the elderly. It promotes coexistence in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. The cooperative can offer spaces for business services in its buildings. It seeks to achieve this purpose through: a) Acquisition of building land and building rights; b) Construction and acquisition of residential buildings that meet contemporary cooperative housing needs; c) Careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renewal of existing buildings; d) Construction of replacement new buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renewed in an economically justifiable manner; e) Utilization of promotional instruments under the federal housing promotion act or corresponding cantonal and municipal laws; f) Management and rental of apartments on the basis of cost rent; g) Promotion of cooperative activities in the settlements; h) Ideological and material support for efforts aimed at affordable and good housing. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and non-profit-oriented. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives.
