Wohnnetz Lichtensteig

The association aims to promote the coexistence of natural and legal persons committed to a future-proof societal vision, based on the following principles: Affordable housing; Promotion of communal use and non-discriminatory social exchange; Reduction of the ecological footprint; Promotion of maturity and creativity; Public relations with an awareness of its own model character. To this end, the association provides residential and commercial space in and around Lichtensteig at cost rent and shapes it in the sense of its ideals. The association does not pursue any profit. It is non-profit in the sense of the Housing Promotion Act (WFG).
