3.1 The Foundation aims to promote and implement climate justice, ecological sustainability, and environmental protection through global leadership and empowerment of women. It seeks to raise public and decision-maker awareness about the causes and impacts of climate change, environmental degradation, and gender inequalities, and to advocate for policies centered on the voices and needs of women and frontline communities. The Foundation supports and develops community programs focused on forest protection, food sovereignty, renewable energy, and the recognition of the rights of nature. It fosters international collaboration and movement-building through forums, assemblies, campaigns, and training initiatives aimed at promoting a just and sustainable future. The Foundation also conducts research and disseminates information on the intersection of gender, ecology, and climate policies. The Foundation engages in any lawful activity ancillary to the foregoing objectives. 3.2 The Foundation's efforts are carried out exclusively for charitable, scientific, or educational purposes. The Foundation does not have a profit motive. No part of the Foundation's net earnings shall benefit or be distributed to the Foundation's organs, members, or any administrator, officer, or private individual, except that the Foundation is authorized or empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of its objectives.
