The company's purpose (in strict compliance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is: a) any activity in the fields of beauty and health, particularly oral health and laser care; b) the representation, sale, purchase and distribution of products related to the above fields; c) any service activity in the field of oral health, particularly teaching and providing courses and conferences; d) the execution of all real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of all properties and real estate companies, either in its own name or by acting as an intermediary; e) the acquisition and exploitation of licenses and patents related to the fields of beauty and health; f) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial operations - whether movable or immovable - directly or indirectly related to the above purposes, as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad and establish branches. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its members or third parties.
