The company's purpose is the sale of wood pellets and firewood. It may participate in all securities, real estate, financial or commercial transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, engage in all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, excluding any operation subject to the LFAIE. It may acquire and hold real estate in Switzerland and abroad, provided that this is not contrary to the LFAIE. The company may grant to its direct or indirect associates, as well as to its direct or indirect subsidiaries, with or without remuneration, loans or other financing and provide, to cover the commitments of such other companies, securities of all kinds, including by way of pledge or fiduciary transfer of ownership of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of all kinds.
