The purpose of the company is to invest its own company assets in the financial and real estate sectors on behalf of the company, in particular the acquisition, holding, utilization and sale of participations in listed and unlisted companies, securities, bonds, funds and real estate both domestically and abroad, while observing the relevant statutory provisions, in particular the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG, Lex Koller). Transactions requiring authorization under the BewG are excluded. The company may also manage its own assets. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that are connected with the purpose of the company.
