Mission: The Association brings together stakeholders from the cloud and broadband industries to address and improve equal access to high-speed digital networks worldwide, with the goal of maximizing social and economic benefits. The Association's objectives are as follows: Provide members with aggregated and valuable market information as well as key insights into the cloud and broadband sector, in compliance with applicable competition laws, while offering new growth opportunities. Overcome industry challenges, enable the development of cloud technology and high-speed networks, and innovate services through the sole defense of interests, and influence operators, providers, and policymakers to provide high-speed networks and services for all. Promote the development of the cloud and broadband industry to offer sustainable benefits to stakeholders, businesses, consumers, and society as a whole, by fostering the digital transformation of the world. Broadband Innovations: Collect requirements and develop use cases for broadband and related digital services, such as all-optical networks, IP networks, high-quality bearer networks, and digital platforms, etc. Share them with third-party standardization bodies and Members to promote standardized services (voice, data, video, cloud, IoT, and services related to vertical industries and other applications). Industrial Policy and Enlightened Leadership: Promote regulatory, legislative, and public relations agendas that advance Members' interests through enlightened leadership branded WBBA. Exhibitions and Publications: Organize professional exhibitions, produce publications, and provide management services in the interest of our Members. Industry Consensus: Provide support and leadership for industry initiatives for the benefit of members and the broadband industry. Business Model: Explore new business requirements, new scenarios, and new cases to justify investments in fixed networks and promote the positive business development cycle of cloud and broadband. The Association does not aim to be a standardization or specification body. Instead, it focuses on creating and influencing the market through advocacy and promoting the development of the broadband industry.
