The purpose of the association is to hold and manage schools and institutions in Switzerland and worldwide that are in line with Montessori pedagogy and the Montessori movement in general. In this context, the association can also provide services, particularly in the field of consulting. The association can establish branches and subsidiaries, both domestically and abroad, participate in other enterprises of any kind, assume representations, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that could be suitable to promote the purpose of the association; or that are directly or indirectly related thereto. It can also provide financing for its own or third-party account, as well as guarantees, sureties, and pledge transactions for affiliated enterprises and third parties. It can acquire, lease, rent, manage, encumber, and dispose of real estate both domestically and abroad. The association can acquire, hold, manage, or sell any type of debt or securities, within Switzerland or abroad.
