The cooperative pursues the purpose of providing its members with good and affordable housing through joint self-help and shared responsibility. It can offer rooms for commercial services in its buildings. The cooperative can acquire additional properties and enter into contracts that serve this purpose. It aims to achieve this purpose through: the construction and acquisition of properties; careful and ongoing maintenance as well as periodic renovation of existing buildings; the use of funding instruments according to the federal housing promotion law or corresponding cantonal and communal laws; financing that serves the purpose of the cooperative, in case of doubt, the board of directors decides; the administration and rental of apartments on the basis of cost rent. The activity of the cooperative is non-profit and not profit-oriented. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical objectives.
