The company's purpose is the acquisition, management, holding and exploitation of a) rights to future sound and audiovisual recordings of the music group "Böhse Onkelz" including artworks, work titles, etc. previously used or to be acquired by the company in this context; b) the new "Böhse Onkelz" trademarks; c) rights to future images (including those of the shareholders) related to the music group "Böhse Onkelz"; d) future rights to graphics, other works of visual art and/or printed matter, in particular through licensing of the relevant rights and the distribution of sound and audiovisual recordings, printed matter and merchandise. Live business, in particular the organization of concert events or performances by the music group "Böhse Onkelz" or the brokerage of artists for performances, are explicitly not the purpose of this company.
