The company's purpose (in strict compliance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is: a) to carry out all real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, brokerage, management and administration of all properties and real estate companies, either in its own name or by acting as an intermediary; b) all activities and services related to general contracting, urban planning, architecture and engineering; c) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to the above purposes, as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
