The cooperative aims to provide its members with healthy and affordable housing through joint self-help and co-responsibility. It seeks to achieve this purpose through careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renovation of existing buildings, utilization of funding instruments under the federal housing promotion law or corresponding cantonal and communal laws, administration and rental of apartments on a cost-rent basis, and promotion of cooperative activities in the settlements. The cooperative's activity is non-profit and not profit-oriented. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives.
