The company's purpose is to carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial, and movable or immovable property operations, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company also aims to acquire, hold, manage, administer, and dispose of interests in companies or businesses; the company can thus participate in the acquisition and administration of interests, for its own account or for the account of third parties, in commercial or industrial enterprises, located in Switzerland or abroad, through the purchase of shares, bonds, shares, holding of claims or any adequate form, acquisition of patents and trademarks. The company may also establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may act as a co-debtor, guarantor, and/or surety in favor of all third parties, notably in favor of all its direct or indirect affiliates, its direct or indirect parent companies as well as the direct or indirect subsidiary companies of the latter, with or without compensation.
