The company's purpose is to create, manufacture, operate and manage all activities in the field of leisure, entertainment and culture, in particular through puzzle games and escape games (escape room). The company is also active in training, business consulting and personal development. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its associates and third parties, - act as guarantor for loans subscribed by associates and third parties, - guarantee these loans by issuing pledges and mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
