The association is non-profit and aims to create, maintain and expand the fundamental research as well as the ideal, legal and economic foundations for a private educational and research institution. Furthermore, it aims to establish and/or manage universities, schools and other educational and research institutions. In particular, it can organize, offer and conduct national and international courses with corresponding degrees, hold seminars and conferences, collaborate with other educational and research institutions as well as with companies and institutions from the private and public sectors, launch research projects and award scholarships. The association is active nationally and internationally. The association can enter into all transactions that are suitable to promote the purpose of the association or that are directly or indirectly related to it. This also includes the founding of subsidiaries as well as the establishment of foundations in Switzerland and abroad and the acquisition of real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
