The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, both in Switzerland and abroad, including representation, brokerage, study, plans, financial planning, promotion, management, development, purchase, sale and construction work, rental, all except operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It also aims to import-export and distribute, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, materials, construction elements and installations, including all accessories and ancillary objects. The company may also engage in any other activity having a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may notably create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts intended to develop and expand its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
