The company has the authority to acquire interests in any form in all companies or corporations with an identical or similar purpose, or which can promote its social purpose through the creation of new companies or enterprises, contributions, subscriptions, or purchases of securities and participations or social rights, or through mergers or associations. The company may, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable, and immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for transactions subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners.
