The company's purpose is any activity related to the restaurant industry, in particular the operation of restaurants and similar establishments, as well as all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial transactions, whether movable or immovable, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests. It may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, conduct all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
