The acquisition of participations in the capital and administration of companies, as well as all real estate and investment transactions in real estate, financial, commercial, industrial or other legal entities, in the short, medium or long term, in Switzerland and abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of 16 December 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). It may, in Switzerland or abroad, carry out all commercial, financial or securities transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose, in particular lend or grant guarantees to its shareholders or third parties.
