To this end, the company carries out, directly or indirectly, all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or likely to promote its realization. The company may, directly or indirectly, take an interest in all matters or businesses in the real estate sector and take participations in Switzerland or abroad. The company may also grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests. It may establish branches in Switzerland or abroad.
