The company's purpose is to carry out all movable and immovable property transactions, in particular the construction of all buildings in its own name or on behalf of third parties, the purchase and sale of buildings, real estate development, real estate brokerage, property management, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may establish branches in Switzerland or abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and acquire or establish companies pursuing an identical or similar social purpose. It may carry out all commercial, financial or industrial transactions, movable or immovable, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties or receive them, if this serves its interests.
