The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate operations and transactions, notably the acquisition, holding, administration, construction, management, rental and sale of real estate, as well as all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may perform all financial, commercial or industrial operations, whether movable or immovable, participate in all undertakings having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this serves its interests. It may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it.
