The company's purpose is the design, realization, manufacture, marketing and operation of vehicles (in particular yachts, pleasure boats and transport shuttles), installations (in particular marinas, eco-stations and receptive structures), and also all solutions and systems combining innovation, performance and eco-responsibility in a sustainable environmental approach aiming for Zero Emission (ZE). Furthermore, it may also carry out all investment and business development consulting activities (on behalf of its clients or for its own account), in particular through the creation of subsidiaries and participation in Swiss or foreign companies, through the filing and exploitation of trademarks, designs, models and patents, through the development of franchises and concessions, and more generally any operation that may contribute to the realization or be directly or indirectly related to this object; excluding participations in non-listed companies with a real estate purpose. It may entrust the management of all or part of its activities to third parties. It may carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose, provided they have an exclusively commercial or industrial purpose.
