The company's purpose is: - the acquisition, sale, administration and management of participations in all commercial, financial, real estate or industrial companies, as well as the conclusion of all contracts and the execution of all operations intended to develop and expand its activities, - the development, transformation and renovation of buildings, as well as all real estate transactions to the extent authorized by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), and - the provision of all advice in the field of construction. The company may also: - carry out all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Money Laundering (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - create branches or subsidiaries; - participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them; and - grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, secure such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or other securities, and subscribe to any other financial commitment.
