The purchase and sale, rental and general administration of real and personal property (including in particular machinery and vehicles for transportation); the management, holding, acquisition and sale of intangible assets; transportation activities (rail, road of all kinds) on its own account and on behalf of third parties and consulting in the field of transportation; participation in consortia; as well as the management of industries and participation in real estate companies and enterprises; however, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE authorization procedure) on the condition that the funds are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE. The company may open branches and subsidiaries, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as carry out all commercial, financial or other activities that are related to the company's purpose.
