The purpose of the Foundation is to promote and support exclusively charitable, humanitarian, and social activities at national and international levels. The Foundation pursues, in particular, the following objectives, without profit motive and with strictly altruistic purposes: 1. Assistance to disadvantaged people: Support and assistance in any form to people and communities that are in economically, socially, or physically disadvantaged situations, including victims of crises, conflicts, diseases, natural disasters, and people with disabilities. 2. Promotion of health and development: Contribution to the improvement of living conditions through the promotion of access to healthcare, education, food, and sustainable economic and social development. 3. Support for legal protection: Financial and logistical support for legal disputes, legal aid, and assistance to victims who do not have the financial means to defend their rights or access justice. Promotion and implementation of coordination measures to facilitate the correct and timely exchange of social, political, economic, local, and international information. This support aims to protect fundamental rights and reintegrate victims into society. The Foundation is non-profit and politically and religiously neutral. To achieve its objectives, the Foundation can: Carry out projects and initiatives alone or in collaboration with other organizations. Grant financial resources and contributions to third-party organizations that pursue similar objectives. Develop strategies and programs in partnership with local and international institutions.
