The company's purpose is: all brokerage, management, appraisal and promotion activities in the real estate sector, as well as all activities related to the real estate sector, except those prohibited by the LAFE; all activities in the field of gas, oil and derivative products trade, including by-products resulting from the transformation of oil and gas such as polyurethane, polypropylene. It may: participate in all companies and carry out all securities, real estate, financial and commercial transactions directly or indirectly related to the realization of its purpose; grant loans to its members and third parties, act as guarantor for loans contracted by members or third parties, guarantee such loans by issuing or constituting mortgage guarantees or assuming any other commitment, if it is in its interest. The company may also establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
