To engage in oceanic, coastal and inland trade, and generally in the transportation of freight, goods, bulk cargo and personal effects by sea between the various ports of the world and to engage generally in maritime trade; to act as broker or agent in the chartering, sub-chartering, purchase and sale of steamships, motor vessels, tankers, sailing vessels, yachts, tugs, lighters, barges, pontoons, rafts and all other vessels and boats of any motive power whatsoever, as well as equipment and accessories of all kinds related thereto, and to engage in the negotiation and conclusion of freight or transportation contracts of all kinds and descriptions for its own account and as agent for any other company, or any business, association or individual, national or foreign; to act as shipping agent, shipowner, shipping broker, maritime property manager, customs broker, freight forwarder, freight entrepreneur, stevedore and warehouseman, in its own name or as agent for any other corporation, or any company, association or individual, domestic or foreign. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose or any similar object.
