The purpose of the company is to recruit and employ specialist anaesthetists and/or intensive care physicians who provide their independent anaesthesiological and/or intensive care services as employed specialist physicians for the benefit of Zentralschweizer Anästhesie AG. Another purpose is to employ assistant physicians as part of their further training to become specialist physicians, who provide services for the company under the supervision of a specialist physician. The costs associated with the employments (personnel costs, practice secretariat personnel costs, operating costs, acquisition costs, insurance, etc.) are paid through the company. The company can also carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that directly or indirectly promote the purpose of the company or are related to it. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. Furthermore, it can acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad, arrange financing for its own account or for third-party account, and provide guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties.
