The foundation pursues the following purposes in an exclusively charitable manner and without any intention of earning a profit or self-help:
The foundation aims to promote the education and further training of young talents, including vocational training, up to the age of 25. The support can be provided directly or indirectly. The education and further training can take place in Switzerland or abroad.
The foundation aims to promote, directly or indirectly, the physical activity and comparable meaningful leisure activities of young people and young adults up to the age of 25.
The foundation aims to promote, on a nationwide scale, measures and projects for the promotion of organic-biological farming according to Dr. Hans Müller.
The foundation aims to support, directly or indirectly, the residential homes Margaretenhöhe and Peter Landwehr, which are operated by the Caritas-Betriebsführungs- und Trägergesellschaft mbH (CBT) in Bergisch-Gladbach.
The foundation aims to promote worldwide access to drinking water and sanitation.
The foundation aims to provide direct or indirect financial support to dioceses, orders, and monasteries of the Catholic Church in Central Switzerland, the canton of Solothurn, the German district of Pfaffenhofen/Ilm, as well as in developing and emerging countries.
The foundation can acquire, hold, manage, and, if necessary, sell works of art and collectibles. It can lend them free of charge or at cost price to specialized institutions in Switzerland or make them temporarily or permanently accessible to the public in an appropriate manner.
Within the framework of its purpose, the foundation can participate in companies, provided that its tax exemption is not endangered.
The foundation is primarily, but not exclusively, active in Switzerland. The income and capital of the foundation are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose. Profit-making purposes are excluded.
