The company's purpose is to carry out all electrical installation inspections, as defined by the OIBT and its annex. It may perform, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its activities, as well as any other operations of a nature to promote the purpose and interest of the company. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies and conclude all contracts intended to develop or achieve its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
