ZMAJ - Verein für die heimatliche Sprache, Bildung und Kultur

The association "ZMAJ - Association for the Native Language, Education and Culture" is non-profit and does not pursue commercial purposes. It aims to promote, maintain and mediate the native language as well as to support educational and cultural activities. To this end, the association can in particular carry out projects, including a school for the BKS languages and culture. This can be run in a commercial manner, provided that all proceeds serve exclusively the association's purpose. If the association operates a business run in a commercial manner, it will be registered in the commercial register pursuant to Art. 61 para. 2 of the Swiss Civil Code.
