The company may also conduct financial and commercial transactions, manage assets, provide financing and loans, hold participations in other companies and open branches in Switzerland and abroad. It is authorized to conduct all business and take all measures necessary or useful to achieve the company's purpose, may found or acquire other companies or participate in them, conclude company agreements and enter into interest groups.
