The company also aims to buy and sell any movable property related or unrelated to its real estate purpose, as well as all projects and advice in the fields of building decoration, housing development, restoration and creation of decorative objects, as well as the purchase and sale of these objects. The company may: exercise, in Switzerland and abroad, any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs.
